Caesar Takeshi combined his champion kickboxing skills with shoot wrestling taught to him by Satoru Sayama to create Shoot Boxing, referred to as "standing Vale Tudo" due to allowing punches, kicks, knees, elbows, throws, and standing submissions, a sport he would go on to become a champion in as well, and one that still exists today at the highest level in Japan. Hidetaka Aso, two time All Japan Wrestling Champion, Sambo World Champion 1981, Sambo American Champion 1979, 5th degree black belt in Kodokan Judo & student of Karl Gotch + UWFi Dojo trainer founded the Submission Arts Wrestling (SAW) grappling system in the 1980s. This is his 100 Submission Arts DVD, featuring conditioning and drills for grappling, sparring, submission combinations, jacket (gi) wrestling techniques, and SAW (no-gi) wrestling techniques.
