Sammie Henson (World Champion, NCAA Champion, U.S. National Champion, World Team Member) and Tony Purler (NCAA Champion, U.S. National Champion, World Team Member) costar in this 7 (6 + 1 Bonus CD) Disc Folkstyle Wrestling instructional set. These are the instructional videos from what was originally a set of interactive CD ROMs. To aid compatibility and ease of use I have ripped and converted the video footage from each CD in order to put it together here for your viewing pleasure. Many of the features of such a CD (looping, frame by frame play, muted video etc.) are readily replicable with modern day viewing software, so I do not believe utility has been sacrificed. Included are:

Multiple camera angles are used, including overhead and close up shots. Each video rotates through the different camera angles, repeating what was shown previously. Be aware that due to the source, video quality (15fps) and resolution (296:220) are poor by modern standards. These will not look pretty when enlarged on a modern monitor, but there is no difficulty in discerning what is happening. Furthermore, your video playing software may not play the videos without the appropriate codec (Indeo Video 5.10).
